Union, WV.  Family fun festivities at Old World Libations from 1 to 6 PM.  Vendor village, educational exhibits and activities.  Free admission and refreshments.  In addition to host sponsor, Old World Libations, other event supports include Friends of Monroe, Inc., Monroe County Coalition for Children and Families, and WVU Extension.
